Join DJ duo Amber and Nisha as they play this week’s eclectic selection of tracks, playing anything from vintage jazz onwards.

Sun Play Show
The Broken Hearts - Amber and Nisha – are a DJ performance duo who see every show as an opportunity to dress up. Donning an extensive wardrobe of identical costumes, they are a treat for the eyes and ears. Drawing on the iconography of Weimar Berlin, circus sideshows and the Golden Age of Hollywood, their live sets are a technicolor extravaganza that takes the DJ out from behind the decks and into the limelight. From nightspots in New York, Paris and Milan, to UK venues including Tate Britain, the V&A and the ICA, they are set to spread the Broken Hearts' magic far and wide. They released their debut double A-side single in January 2008, Black Cat/Blanco, and their stylish appearance has led to features in Vogue, i-D, and Nylon.

The 'Broken Hearts Mystery Hour' promises to take listeners on a journey to a land of eclectic tunes and eccentric curiosities that is the Broken Hearts world. Expect to hear artists as varied as Harry Belafonte, Rosemary Clooney, The Beastie Boys and Shirley Temple.

The Broken Hearts are always keen to hear from you! Please email them at qradio@qthemusic.com, marking your email "Broken Hearts" if you have a track you would like to share, or an event you'd like to feature.
