Allan plays out his selection of tracks and puts the world to rights each Saturday morning.

Sat Play Show
Allan is not one to shy away from sharing his thoughts and sense of humour with his audience. His radio career started at Isle of Wight Radio, working as the teaboy on the Saturday sports show and as producer for the station's veteran phone-in presenter Alex Dyke. This led to his own Saturday evening show, but the gig was cut short when the station let him go after broadcasting a feature named "Bin Laden reads the Bible".
Allan’s next move was to neighbouring south coast station Power FM, before heading north to Hull to present Late Night Lake at Viking FM then to Galaxy Manchester where he made headlines after some off-colour comments about Pop Idol winner Michelle McManus.
After a stint at Liverpool's Juice FM, he moved to London’s Capital Disney for an evening show named In On The Lake from January 2005 to August 2006. Such was his success, he was promoted to the breakfast show on sister station Core until the station’s closure. He also acted as a stand-in on London’s Capital 95.8.
If all this movement wasn’t enough, Allan then headed to Red Dragon FM where he was fired, then rehired after getting listeners to call the station boss to persuade him to take him back.
A stint at the short-lived XFM South Wales and covering Drivetime on Kerrang! in the midlands followed until he landed at Q Radio.
